Bellee is about to open its ghost in Kogarah NSW and there is space available right now to reserve before it’s access date in a few short months in October.

We have in total 10 ghost kitchens, 5 have now been reserved leaving 5 ghost kitchens left to reserve.

What you need to know:

· You only require 1-2 staff to run your show!
· We are able to get you started in as little as less than a fortnight!

1 of Mantova ABS real tuff shelving system as dry store shelving Meas. approx. 1200L x 400D x 1800mmH 4 tiers,
1 of of Mantova ABS real tuff shelving system coolroom shelving Meas. approx. 1050L x 400D x 1800mmH 4 tiers + 1800L x 400D x 1800mmH complete with corner connection clips
Custom Stainless Steel Works
1 off Custom fabricated stainless steel wash up benches meas. approx. 1600L x 630D x 900mmH complete with:
150mmH Splashback.
Double bowl wash up sinks with wet edge.
One off hand basin mounted at one end of the bench.

Ghost Kitchen Pricing:

For our 18 SQM ghost kitchens, pricing starts from as little as $820 ex GST per week (includes monthly rent/licensing fee)

NOTE: On all Online Delivery orders (UberEats, Deliveroo, Doordash etc) between the hours of 9AM – 10PM will incur a 2% processing fee to assist with our facility staff members’ wages as they assist with the manual handling of your orders from ‘ready’ to ‘delivered’ so your only ever cooking and completing your orders.

Bellee Ghost Kitchen Tenants:

Bellee customers will have a delayed contract start date of two weeks.
Standard end of term Loyalty discounts are 10% at the end of RTB contract terms.
Bellee tenants with good payment history will receive an end of term loyalty discount of 15%
$65,000 unsecured financing with Silverchef.
