Polished Timber floors, pressed tin ceiling, fireplace and sash windows are the features that make up this beautiful space.Glance out of the sash windows at the hustle and bustle on High End King Street.This is a BYO venue, but if the need arises, there is amazing catering available from “Old Faithful Bar & BBQ” downstairs.This is a 90 sqm venue, with kitchenette, bathroom, separate dining room, cloakroom and entry foyer.We can accommodate up to 80 guests standing.RulesPlease ensure there is no anti-social behaviour at your event.Alcohol and music must end at 11pm, and all guests to vacate by Midnight.Evidence of RSA staff must be presented to comply with liquor laws.We would ask that the venue is in the same shape as when you arrive.
