• damage or theft of any materials belonging to you in or on the property will not be the responsibility of Vox Singing Academy or the landlord. *Personal injury on the property will not be the responsibility of Vox Singing Academy or the landlord. *No smoking on or in the premises. * Cleaning filters and maintenance of the air conditioning unit are the tenant’s responsibility. *Please notify the landlord via email if any of your above personal details change. * No electric fan haters to use. Only oil bar heaters are to be used * After 60 days' notice has been given to vacate the premises & Peter and Vox Singing Academy will be allowed to show prospective new tenants through the studio space during this time. Notification will be given to the current tenant regarding the day and time this will occur. * If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement
