The room is equipped with a whiteboard and markers, and a data projector is also available for hire.Free public parking (limited to 2 hours duration) is available on-site (if your meeting is longer than 2 hours duration, we can typically accommodate several vehicles in our secured parking area for longer duration periods).Our Reception staff are available to provide any assistance you may require during your meeting, whether this be secretarial services such as copying or printing, or simply just to greet and attend to your clients/guests on arrival. Catering (coffees, snacks, meals) can be arranged with the Highpoint Espresso cafe on the ground floor, they will be happy to bring your order up to the boardroom as required.
