Located on the third floor, the conference Room is a generously sized room (12m x 12m approx.) with high ceilings and panoramic windows that allow plenty of natural light. The room can accommodate 5 to 50 people depending on configuration. Most of our clients use a U-shape setup that is ideal for 25 pax. A data projector and screen are included, with HDMI connection that supports video and audio from most laptops. A range of adapters is available. Also included is a mobile whiteboard and flipchart. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. Other features include a small breakout space off to the side, and a large countertop at the back of the room for food and drinks. Access to the room is by lift or stairs, and a ramp is available for delegates with mobility challenges.
