Prince of York is a lively multi-level wine bar, restaurant and hidden cocktail lounge spread across 3 levels. Come and enjoy daily hand-made pasta & bread and a selection of fresh, locally sourced seafood & meats. The menu is Mediterranean inspired and uses the best of the best produce from all over NSW. Our cocktails embody a philosophy of simplicity and quality and will take you all the way from a long lunch into an aperitivo and then a digestif if you choose. Our wine selection places an emphasis on bottles made with minimal intervention by small producers who farm thoughtfully and sustainably. Pamela’s is our sunken cocktail lounge and party room located under Prince of York. An ode to Mrs. Pamela Schulte who loved a glass of champagne, margarita, and a boogie. Lined with pink velour seating, Pamela’s features a stage, Dj Booth and an all-important disco ball. AV equipment can be arranged and charged additionally. Minimum spend commitment on food and beverage applicable in addition to venue hire quote.
