Wander down George Street in the city and within the historic and iconic Establishment building, we’ve got three purpose-built rooms ready and waiting for your next event. With abundant natural light, classically styled, with built-in bars and in-house AV support, each room is the perfect blank canvas for whatever you’re planning. Let’s talk numbers – we can cater to as little as 25 for a private dinner, up to 230, with the option to combine rooms II and III (which gives you a view of the gorgeous Establishment Garden too).If you’re coming for work, multi-purpose break out spaces are ideal for smaller events, while the full floor offers privacy and functionality for larger conferences. Here for play? From milestone birthdays to anniversaries and everything in between, these rooms are yours to make your own. Another bonus? You’re already exactly where you need to be if you want to carry on – grab a drink from hemmesphere, Establishment Main Bar or Palmer & Co. (and it would be rude not to get some late-night dumplings from Mr. Wong).
