A new kind of workspace by Dexus.Suite 9 is an all-inclusive offering, providing both privacy and collaboration, with a meeting room available ineach suite, open plan workstations, and break-out space in the shared kitchen.Other benefits include:- 1 x LCD TV screen in each office for presentations- 3 x communal on-floor meeting rooms (4-14pax) with allocated hours per month included in contracts- On-floor lollipop signage arranged by our team and included in the licence agreement- Unlimited 500/500 WiFi with a personalised access code for each customer- All kitchen facilities provided, including tea, coffee and biscuits- Access to premium end-of-trip facilities, including lockers, secure bike storage, shower and change facilities,towel service, and hair dryers and straighteners- Membership to our Dexus Place meeting and event space, located approx 5 minutes away, with up to 5 hoursusage per month- Parking facilities available in the building, managed by Wilsons Parking and DivvyWe have always been the space for your best work. That means space that’s clean and safe. In keeping withadvice from the government and leading industry bodies, namely Safe Work Australia, we’ve increased ourhygiene measures and made significant changes to the way people move through and interact in our spaces inorder to adhere to social distancing rules.
