Guests must vacate the premises by 10pm ADDITIONAL FEES:15% Fri, Sat, Sun and public holidays.$400 fully refundable bond.Optional$250 removal and re-installation of existent exhibition.$100 for catering kitchen.$200 Next Day 9am Cleanup (Not Incl Hire Fee)
