Located in a lush green setting, high on a hill overlooking Narrabeen lake is Idler’s Hill. The holiday home is located on the northern beaches, set amongst the backdrop of bushland. The main house is 60s era with original high ceilings and the back of the house is modern and open plan. This area adjoins the kitchen and is the heart of the house with beautiful views of the lake. The main room has a built in sound system with speakers in the ceiling as well as high definition TV should you need to hook up to an AV setup. The location is approx 45 mins drive from central Sydney but feels a world away and the view is rather magicalThe space- Full house with large kitchen and 3 bedrooms (garage and storage not accessible) – Large open plan living room space overlooking Narrabeen lake – Dining room that can be used as a breakout room full of art and mid century furniture – Single story with front/back gardens – 2 large covered entertaining decks with uninterrupted views of beautiful Narrabeen lake – Upper deck ideal for entertaining/luncheons/open air meetings  – Lower deck ideal for wellness/yoga/photoshoots – both are sun covered – In house catering an add on option as we already hold day retreats at the property including food  – Ceiling fans throughout house and super airy and light with an abundance of large windows – One bathroom/toilet
