Who can apply?

Owners, property managers and agents, and tenants with permission to sublicense. Tell us your role in the form and we will ask for whatever paperwork the booking needs.

Why can’t I list the space myself?

Every room on Spacenow is reviewed before it goes live. Brands brief us for specific rooms on specific streets, and the shortlist only works if every listing is accurate and ready to trade. A specialist checks the fit, the condition and the terms with you first.

Do I set the rate and the rules?

Yes. Rate, minimum hire, access windows and house rules are agreed with you before the listing goes live, and you approve every booking.

What about the licence and insurance?

Bookings run on Spacenow’s space licence agreement, not a lease. Our insurance details page sets out what hosts and guests need to hold; tell us in the form if public liability cover is already in place.

Who deals with the brand?

A host specialist stays the single point of contact: the brief, the contract, bump-in and bump-out, and the handover condition at the end. You are kept informed and you keep the final say.

What happens after I apply?

A specialist reviews the application and comes back to you to talk it through. If the room fits, we agree the terms and arrange photography. If it does not fit right now, we will tell you why.
