Brief

Concept and design

We develop a concept that fits the brief and the budget. You see renders, materials and dimensions before a single tool is picked up.

Four elemental zones - Fire, Earth, Air, Water - turned a plain retail floor into the record’s own world. Custom visual merchandising, a lyrics booth, a sound pool and a mirrored message wall, built for a run measured in days rather than months.

What types of installations and fit-outs can you deliver?

Projects range from branded displays and custom fixtures to complete temporary environments, rigging and large-scale installations. The final scope is shaped around the venue, the campaign and the budget.

How much lead time should we allow?

A typical build takes two to six weeks, depending on design approval, materials, fabrication and venue access. Share the launch date early and we will map the practical schedule.

Can you work within a venue’s access and safety rules?

Yes. The team plans around loading access, installation windows, rigging limits and required sign-off so the design can be delivered within the venue’s operating conditions.

Do you handle installation and removal?

Yes. Spacenow can manage fabrication, delivery, installation, handover and the final strike, including leaving the venue in the agreed condition.

Can the concept be designed to a fixed budget?

Yes. Give us the budget range with the brief. We will propose materials and construction methods that protect the main idea while keeping the build commercially realistic.

We already have a producer. Can Studio still help?

Yes. Keep them. Studio can fabricate to their drawings, install to their schedule, or simply hand over measured plans and access details for the room. You decide how much we handle.

Can you deliver projects outside Sydney and Melbourne?

Project location is considered during the initial brief. Tell us the city, venue and dates so we can confirm the right production and installation approach.
