We find spaces that suit it and confirm the things that decide whether a show is possible at all, rather than the things that look good in a listing. Where the right room is not advertised we approach it directly, which is how a lot of the better project spaces get used.

Common questions
Can I put fixings in the walls?
It varies by space and it is one of the first things we confirm. Tell us how the work hangs and we will filter on it.
Can I hire a space for a single weekend?
Often, yes. Short runs are normal and the minimum depends on the individual space.
Who insures the work?
Cover for the work itself is usually the exhibitor’s responsibility, and most venues will ask what you hold. Worth sorting before you install.
Is there a space with a hanging system?
Some have track systems and some do not. Tell us how you need to hang and we will shortlist accordingly rather than leave you to ask each one.
Can I use a space as a studio rather than a gallery?
Yes. Studio and project briefs care about different things, so tell us if that is what you need and we will look at floor loading, access, water and whether mess is acceptable.
What does it cost to use the concierge?
Nothing. The sourcing service is free and we are paid by the space.
