A tour stop lasts one night. Two shops let the album stay in two cities for a week each. Brand-ready shopfronts were found and contracted in Sydney and Melbourne against a fixed tour window, and the same four-zone album world was built in both.

A three-day New Year retail drop in Sydney, inside a wider Judah x Syna World project that ran across Sydney and Melbourne. Verona 2 supplied the Sydney room: a brand-ready shell over a window most venues will not hold, with access arranged around the build team’s own schedule.

Which cities can you run?

Live listings cover Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Other cities are sourced on brief - tell us the route and dates and we will confirm the approach for each stop.

Can the dates overlap?

Yes. Simultaneous openings for a national launch, or staggered dates that follow a tour. The hire windows in each city are set around your bump-in, trade and bump-out.

Do we need a producer in every city?

No. One producer can run the route with the concierge team as their local team in each city. If you have local producers, we hand each one a cleared room with the same spec sheet.

Can the fit-out travel between cities?

Often, yes. Spacenow Studio can fabricate once and install city by city, or design for local re-fabrication where transport does not make sense. Every room is checked against the production spec before load-in either way.

How far ahead should we brief a multi-city route?

The earlier the better - holding the right room in several cities on matching dates needs lead time. Tight routes are often workable; ask anyway.

Is there one contract or one per venue?

Bookings are contracted with one client of record and one point of contact. The structure across venues is set out in the proposal before you commit.
