What to look for in a short-term shop

Then the fit: existing shelving, rails, counters and change rooms save days of set-up, while a bare shell gives you freedom and a longer build. Check storage out the back, how deliveries reach the door, the hours the building allows you to trade and whether there is power for lighting, a point of sale and a screen in the window.
