A design-led space within Oxford & Foley, the FJMT-designed redevelopment that has brought Oxford Street’s eastern end back to life. The precinct pairs around 2,300 sqm of retail with 9,200-plus sqm of creative and commercial space, restored heritage shopfronts, laneway dining and a deliberate focus on creative, cultural and tech tenants. Anchor names including Sony Music and Lune sit alongside cafes, bars and bespoke retail fronting both Oxford and Foley Streets. This space sits at the rear with its own entrance off Foley Lane, giving it a discreet, characterful feel set back from the main strip.

Foley Lane runs day to night as a reactivated pedestrian laneway, which makes the space work two ways: a credible, design-forward setting for a retail pop-up that wants foot traffic with an edge, and an intimate, atmospheric venue for launches, creative showcases and experiential events. Transport is excellent, with an 8 minute walk to Museum Station and Hyde Park, 2 to 5 minutes to Surry Hills, 5 minutes to Paddington, and the 333 bus running Circular Quay to Bondi.
