Each of our meeting rooms are set up with a meeting table for 3 or 4 people, as well as a desk over to the side and a whiteboard. WiFi internet access is included with the room hire.Free public parking (limited to 2 hours duration) is available on-site (if your meeting is longer than 2 hours duration, we can typically accommodate several vehicles in our secured parking area for longer duration periods).Our Reception staff are available to provide any assistance you may require during your meeting, whether this be secretarial services such as copying or printing, or simply just to greet and attend to your clients/guests on arrival. Catering (coffees, snacks, meals) can be arranged with the Highpoint Espresso cafe on the ground floor, they will be happy to bring your order up to the meeting room as required.The meeting rooms can be hired both during business hours as well as early mornings, evenings or weekends. (For after hours bookings, it will be necessary to make arrangements with Reception to enable A/H access to the premises.)
