Overview
Our spacious, bright Conference Room 1 & 2 with plenty of natural lighting seats up to 150 guests in a theatre style seating. The room comes with large front projected display (150”), Lectern & microphones (including 1x lectern mic, 1x lapel mic, 1x audience wireless mic) and zoom video conferencing* (inc. H.323) for involving remote attendees or speakers – dualcamera Zoom Room (Zoom meetings or Webinars) with ceiling microphones & speakers. Multiple Internet and WiFi options will allow guests to bring there own device and share content seamlessly. A warming kitchen is available on level 9 by requesting the space. Please note that there are no other kitchens available for catering use in the building. Please note the kitchen is a warming and holding facility only, with the following equipment: o Knee operated hand basin o Plate dispenser o Hot cart o Stainless steel service trolley o Stainless steel dirty dish trolley o Microwave oven o Under counter refrigerator o Under counter freezer o Electric combi oven o 2 door upright refrigerator o 2 door upright freezer o Bain marie serving station o Dishwasher o Shelving unit o Waste bins o Bain Marie (4 Gastronorm capacity) **** Should your event require an alternate configuration to those listed above, please provide a detailed description of the desired layout. set up and pack down quote will be obtained from the logistics team and advise accordingly.
