The Saint, St Kilda Welcomes Karen Martini as Culinary Director

Karen Martini is one of Australia’s most beloved chefs.  Renowned for her bold, modest and joyful cooking, inspired by generations of home cooks and a fascination with vibrant flavours of the World.

With a career spanning over 30 years that includes time spent in some of Australia’s best restaurants, as well as her own ambitious ventures.  Karen’s food message gleans from lived experiences and her Tunisian-Italian heritage. 

Karen has taken up the appointment as the new culinary Director of The Saint in St Kilda. This proud historic pub has two distinct spaces: a more casual front bar, and a dining room in the back with white tablecloths, open kitchen and a more refined feel.  Excellence awaits at The Saint, with culinary director Karen Martini and her trusted team who join her from her previous venue.
