Ability to generate multiple income streams including restaurant, takeaway and delivery. You will operate the kitchen as a 3rd party provider to supply the diners of the venue with your food. The front of house will be run by another team therefore you only need to operate the kitchen space. There is a separate entrance for take away that you can operate out of. The lessor will take an agreed % of commission on the dine in sales, all delivery and takeaway sales will not incur commission.
There is also an opportunity for you to utilise the small ground floor space as another income stream such as a hole in the wall coffee operation.
