Spaces you could use
A sample of what is on the platform right now. Tell the concierge what you need and we will source against your brief.
We find locations that will survive contact with a production. Load-in, power, ceiling height, lift dimensions and access hours confirmed before you commit, not discovered on the day. It costs nothing, because we are paid by the space.
Brands we’ve worked with:
Lift dimensions, dock limits and doorway widths confirmed first. A location that fails on any of them is a delay, not a location.
We check what is actually available, where the outlets are, whether there is three phase and whether a generator is allowed.
Some spaces allow commercial shoots by default and some need sign-off. You know which before you build a schedule around it.
A studio gives you control and costs you character. A location gives you the opposite. We work across both and say plainly when a build in a studio is cheaper than fighting a heritage building.
Access either side of the shoot is the thing most often assumed and most often disputed. We confirm it against your schedule before anything is signed.
Production needs ceiling height, rigging points and floor loading. Those are on our checklist and almost never on a listing.
Shooting in more than one city is one brief and one person, not a separate search in each market.
The largest thing that has to get in, measured against the way in.
Total available, outlet positions, three phase, and whether a generator is permitted.
What hours you have, whether you can hold the space overnight, and what condition it comes back in.
Whether commercial production is allowed as standard, needs sign-off, or is not possible.
Crew size, what you are building, what has to get in.
Lift, dock, power, hours and permissions.
We handle negotiation and the licence.
Tell us about the project and a concierge specialist will come back with real options. There is no charge.
Yes. Tell us the largest thing that has to get in and we will measure it or have it confirmed by the building.
We tell you what a space requires and who has to approve it. Councils and venues issue the permits themselves, but you will know what is needed before you commit.
Often, and it depends entirely on the space. Raise it early, because it changes which locations are viable.
In some spaces. It is one of the details we confirm rather than assume, so tell us your draw and we will filter on it.
Some allow it by default, some need the owner’s approval. We establish which before you build a schedule around it.
Nothing. We are paid by the space rather than by the production.
