You give us dates, crew size and what you are building or shooting. We come back with locations that can physically take it, with the practical questions already answered: how you get in, what the lift will carry, where the power is and how much of it there is, what hours you have, and what the owner will allow you to do to the room. If the right location is not listed publicly we go and find it.

Lift dimensions, dock limits and doorway widths confirmed first. A location that fails on any of them is a delay, not a location.

The measurements that decide a job
Lift dimensions kill more builds than budget does. So does a loading dock with a two-hour limit, a doorway that will not take a flat, or a landlord who will not allow anything fixed to a wall. Those are the first things we confirm, because we would rather tell you a room is wrong on day one than have you discover it on the build.

Common questions
Can you confirm lift and door dimensions before we book?
Yes. Tell us the largest thing that has to get in and we will measure it or have it confirmed by the building.
Do you handle permits?
We tell you what a space requires and who has to approve it. Councils and venues issue the permits themselves, but you will know what is needed before you commit.
Can we get access the day before?
Often, and it depends entirely on the space. Raise it early, because it changes which locations are viable.
Is there three phase power?
In some spaces. It is one of the details we confirm rather than assume, so tell us your draw and we will filter on it.
Can we shoot commercially in a listed space?
Some allow it by default, some need the owner’s approval. We establish which before you build a schedule around it.
What does it cost to use the service?
Nothing. We are paid by the space rather than by the production.
